Hello!
WELCOME, I believe in honoring all paths so I ask you to hold on to your own religious traditions...but be ready to expand your horizons!
BECOME THE PART OF THE CHANGE YOU WANT TO SEE IN THE WORLD.
Sandra
Anxiety, depression, illnesses, addictions, deaths remind us how prone we are to tragedies and losses. These experiences tax our very fibre. How do we cope with such events? How do we put our lives back together again? How do we come to peace with these events? Some of us turn to the spirit within for the answers, meaning and comfort. We turn to the most sacred part of us-our spirituality. There we find a life-force more powerful than disease, death and violence. As a psychologist, I have become aware of the healing power of spirituality.

"The distinction between the spiritual life and the practical life is false-one affects the other all the time; for we are creatures of sense and spirit.
SELF-KNOWLEDGE PUTS US ON OUR KNEES and NECESSARY FOR LOVE.
The "religious act" is always something partial, "faith" is something whole, involving the whole of one's life. Jesus calls us, not to a new religion, but to life." .
